Stick staging to demonstrate furniture layout

An inexpensive yet effective alternative method of showing the layout, room size, and flow of a vacant house is to "Stick Stage" it.

Stick Staging utilizes wooden templates which, when laid out on the floor, will create the exact size of furniture to be placed in a room.

The templates can be moved around so a homebuyer can experiment with different room options. Should the buyer own a king-size bed, for instance, a king-size bed template can be used to show how the piece can fit into a bedroom. This will eliminate all doubt in the buyers' mind about the size of the room.
