Furnish and Stage Services for Vacant Properties and Real Estate

If you are a builder or realtor with a vacant home to sell, Three Pea can provide furniture, artwork, and accessories to give that empty house some personality. We will deliver, set-up, and stage each room of the house with our own furniture to create a lived-in and cared-for look.

We are careful to match the style of the house with the style and type of the furniture we use. We can stage all the rooms or just the areas you wish to show off. We don’t just do vignettes (unless requested to so). We believe home buyers often lack the vision to see exactly how a house will look, feel, and flow unless the rooms are completely furnished. Our Furnish and Stage package always gets positive feedback compared to vacant properties.

The rates to furnish and stage a home vary depending upon the number of rooms and the amount of furniture needed. We require a two-month minimum rental period.
